CLTANSW exists to support and empower all Chinese language teachers across NSW. We actively foster professional learning, collegial exchange, and leadership development, recognising that strong teachers are central to strong student outcomes. Through our programs, resources, and networks, we aim to build capability, confidence, and collective expertise within our profession.

One of my work priorities this year is to provide a trusted forum for teachers to engage with education policies and their implementation, ensuring practitioner voices inform conversations that shape curriculum, assessment, and teaching practice. By connecting educators with one another, and with the wider Chinese community in New South Wales, we strengthen cultural understanding and enrich learning experiences for students.

I warmly invite you to engage with CLTANSW, whether as a member, contributor, or partner, as we continue to advocate for excellence in Chinese language education across New South Wales.

Thank you for your commitment to our students, our profession, and our shared purpose.
